Idyl makes its debut in the Fenway as the neighborhood’s newest multifamily residence. Designed with boutique living in mind, the project offers sweeping city views and vibrant, eclectic interiors. We were thrilled to collaborate with CBT on a fresh art collection featuring local artists. A striking mosaic by Fred Liang greets visitors at the entrance, setting the tone for the dynamic works throughout.

Fun fact: The site was once home to a taxi stand—now commemorated in a photograph on the amenity floor’s gallery wall.
